Founded in 1996, Marycare works to break the vicious cycle of poverty in communities marginalized and isolated by their ethnic and socio-economic status through programs of

Marycare is different because there is no paid administrative staff. Much of our work is done by native leaders who are committed to our mission and to assisting their communities in rising out of unlivable conditions. We bypass governmental red tape and go directly to the community we are helping.

-2011 Healthcare Mission

Jan 3-5 2011 Marycare Volunteers will team up with Nigerian doctors to provide free care to villagers. Our goal is to raise $9,000 for the cost and transportation of medical supplies and payment for the doctors.
